HOW
DO WE GET STARTED?
On the left of the
Screen are 3 options:
1. "Click Here to enroll"
which will start you in the enrollment
process.
2. "Our
Quick Application."
this will prompt one of our Home
retention specialist to contact
you in regards to our program.
3. "The
Call Me Now!" feature
this will initiate a toll free call
to our Home Retention Department
while calling you at the number
you provided.
Once we have made
contact with you we will go over
the options available to you and
proceed to assist you in making
the most well informed decision
as to how we should proceed given
your current financial situation.
In order to assist you in gathering the necessary information,
as well as expediting the process,
you may request for our Home Retention
Department to send you an enrollement
package by fax, mail, or email.
You may also access the "click
here to enroll" section, This
will take you to our online package
that should be completed with the
required information. Included in
the package are also several forms
that, once completed, will provide
us with the authorization to complete
our tasks on your behalf.
Please fill
these out completely and return
them to us as quickly as possible.

Once received
one of our Home Retention Specialist
will contact you to have had the
opportunity to review and analyze
the information provided, we will
complete a detailed analysis in
which we will create several options
to be submitted to your lender based
on your current financial situation
and ability to repay. We will consult
with you every step of the way when
we receive updates/alternatives
from your lender.
